By taking action and participating in this free workout series, you will begin to feel the positive effects of building small, yet effective health and fitness habits. Each workout is intended to be performed at your own pace in the comfort of your own home!

These workouts are for all fitness levels and do not require any equipment. However, if you do have a pair of dumbbells, this will help to increase the intensity of several of the workouts.
